  5.         LAN, then using suggestions from each user to modify the
  6.         system until each user can instantly find and understand
  7.         anything they want.  The central principles of information
  8.         annealing are:

  11.            (2)  Use a answering machine to collect suggested improvements
  12.            (3)  Make the changes daily to improve the system
  13.            (4)  Stop when all easily find/understand the contained knowledge
